Pros

Client's work culture is surprisingly accepting and treats us well. Not much micro-management.

Cons

No chances of converting to client company. (Don't believe their lies.) Almost all benefits exist only on paper (ie 401k matching is capped at $250 per YEAR) They typically will not increase your pay. (Less qualified new-hires will make more than veterans.) They're not interested in promoting existing workers.
