      Provides opportunity for young professionals who recently graduated from college to expand their interpersonal skills and sales techniques by working with hiring managers from various industries and companies.

      Promotion timeline is always longer than communicated, pay is low but the Koolaid is strong enough to make people stay. Seniority is prioritized to the 10th degree, some malpractice and unethical work is done between young professionals,

      Pros

      You work four 10 hour shifts typically and schedule is set mainly and unchanging. The work is pleasant most of the time with some back to back days and or times.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low 17$ an hour for the level of technical expertise required to handle calls and emails and a lot of stuff you will learn on the spot it's not really something you will learn coming out of training.

      -love the people that I work with, great culture -the sky is the limit for how much money you can make here

      -high expectations everyday, got to be ready to grind if you work here but it pays off! -hard to not compare yourself to others success sometimes which can at times be tough
