Lively atmosphere, a chance to learn a great deal about the recruiting industry, and a good job for those with a competitive mindset. You do not need to hold a specific degree to succeed in this role, and management will support and retain you as long as you demonstrate a genuine effort.
Cons
Employees can be toxic and competitive, working strenuously for very little pay. Noticed they take a lot of vulnerable post-grad young adults and paint a better picture during interviews that is not portrayed upon actually working there as an employee. You are expected to meet a certain quota, despite being unable to contact those who need to review the resumes being sent over. Management plays favorites, and if your colleagues dislike you, you will feel it.
