      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone is the same age. The company hires people right out of college, (for a reason). I did learn a lot from being at Insight. Like, interacting with different levels of people like managers, VP's and candidates. It improved my confidence for understand business and development. Oh, and now i can make 100 calls in one hour like its nothing.

      Cons

      You basically are a slave. Work from 7:30 AM to sometimes 9:00PM. Very stressful environment. And you have assigned lunches... I had more freedom when I was 6 years old. You don't even care about the job at the end of the day. You just want to get your numbers up. There is no time to think, at all. This job honestly made me sick. Like, depressed and stressed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Now, whenever i hear a phone ring.. i run!

      Pros

      Insight Global is an amazing place to work! The work hard play hard culture is embraced and makes coming to work every day exciting! Everyone in the office is an excellent resource, and no matter thier title they are willing to help out and answer a question. Managers are constantly pushing you to become better and preparing you for the next step in your career with Insight and the opportunities to advance are really here, it’s not hype.

      Pros

      The best work environment you could ask for- I have made some of my closest friends here, and really enjoy coming to work every day. There is a friendly competitive drive in the office, you are driven to succeed without a catty, cut-throat environment. Great opportunity to advance quickly- if you are a hard worker and determined, the opportunity for growth and compensation is endless! Awesome extra bonuses- conference trips, rewards trips, etc.

      Cons

      Not even a con, but just a fair warning that this job isn't for everyone. You must be prepared to work EXTREMELY hard, but trust me- it is worth it.
