      Pros

      I have learned more at this position than I have at any of my previous jobs. The training, support and overall process of integrating new employees into the culture and profession is incredibly thorough and positive- this quality is invaluable for recent college graduates and for anyone who is looking to learn as much as possible from an entry-level standpoint. Additionally the constant reminder of how much your work will pay off over time at the company teaches the importance of time management and actually enjoying the company that you work for! I couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far at Insight Global.

      Cons

      This is hard work. This is not a job where you punch in in the morning and punch out in the afternoon. It's also very challenging.

      Pros

      Working for Insight Global has been an extremely rewarding and invaluable learning experience for me. I learn something new daily, and am constantly challenged by the different responsibilities I take on. My managers are supportive but push me at the same time. Excellence is the standard in our office and there is a continued sense of internal competition as well as comraderary that grows daily. I love my job and am so thankful for the opportunities and relationships it ahs opened up for me!

      It's sales... It's what you make of it. Some days can be tough but you can't let them get you down. This job is all about attitude and what you choose to do to make your experience the best.

      I have been working for Insight Global for almost 5 months now. I came from a previous company whom I was with for two years. I wanted to work somewhere where I knew I could grow and become successful in a short amount of time. Insight Global is exactly what I have been looking for in my career and a place where I know I can reach my goals. Not only can you reach your goals but you can do so in a short amount of time. The growth potential in this company is something you can not get at any other company.

      I really do not have any cons. This is a place for people that are driven, motivated and hardworking individuals looking to have a successful carrer.
