      Pros

      Offers a very friendly atmosphere for entry level employees entering the workforce for the first time. The limits to income are non-existent.

      Cons

      Sales practices and recruiting techniques are not ethical, and not legal in many of their record keeping practices. If the company faces an audit, they will be under litigation. If an employee is comfortable with throwing their morals away for the almighty dollar, this is the company for you. Don't worry though, they will make you feel great about yourself at one of their semi-annual conferences where everyone loves one another.

      Pros

      The recruiter I worked with (Cameron Kay) was a pleasure to work with. His team had me prepared for my interview and was in constant contact throughout the interview process. While working on the job, Cameron was always available and quick to respond to any questions/issues I had. I really enjoyed my experience working with Cameron Kay and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a job in the Southern California Area.

      Answered all my inquiries with a quick and appropiate response. Helped me throughout the process. The senior recruiter Shevlin Pierce was very professional and helpful.
