      Pros

      I started working for Insight Global eight months ago and I couldnt be happier with where I am. Insight Global has given me an opportunity to grow professionally and personally. My career is very important to me and Insight Global has helped me become the professional I want to be. There is so much opportunity here for everyone. Everyone I have met in the company is honest, friendly and personable. If you get the chance to work for Insight Global, take the change. You will be happy you did!

      There is a low starting salary but it makes you work hard to get promoted and the commisson structure allows for great salary opportunities!

      I started my career with Insight Global after relocating after my graduation from Alabama. My family relocated to Houston, but I did not know anyone here. I have had a wonderful experience while here at Insight. I joined a team of wonderful coworkers that were so warm and welcoming from day 1. I work about individuals that I relate to and feel motivated while working next to. Knowing I knew no one, they immediately took me under their wing and showed me the ropes not only with the company but also this new city. I couldn't have asked for better coworkers. We celebrate the small things and are there for each other through the hardships.

      This career takes hardwork and dedication, but it's a career.
