I absolutely loved my experience interviewing with Insight Global! Although they were considering other candidates for the position, I felt as though I was the only one they were hiring. My Talent Acquisition Specialist, Gabi Rosengarten, made everything so seamless. She explained the entire role transparently to me in our first call and was always available to answer my questions. Before each interview, she prepped me thoroughly, and after each one, she provided feedback on areas for improvement and kept me motivated throughout the entire process. Additionally, they were very respectful of the fact that I was interviewing with other companies and gave me time to consider my options. In summary, I felt valued and respected throughout the entire process and didn’t feel any pressure while making my decision. I also loved meeting the team, which solidified my choice. They were proud of their office and the people in it, and they wanted me to see who I would be working with. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and they continue to be even a month in. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Insight Global and am so grateful to Gabi and the rest of the hiring team for making it such a seamless process.
