The opportunity for growth at Insight Global is one of the most attractive things about the company. There is never a day at IGI where at least one of our 28 offices does not promote someone, which shows how dedicated the company is to growing from within and expanding our industry presence. From sending new hires to Corporate for initial job training to annual training for Sr. employees/leadership, IGI provides all the tools an employee needs to succeed... what you do with those tools is up to you.
Cons
IGI has many catch phrases and mantras, but lacks an official company mission statement. At bi-annual conferences, employees are reminded of the big picture and get excited about the company and its continuous growth. However, the daily reminder declaring our purpose as a company and what it is for which we stand and value is missing. A mission statement will encourage employees to remain tightly focused on delivering quality in a competitive market and will set a standard against which we can weigh our decisions and actions in order to continue our industry presence and growth.
