      Pros

      Working for Insight Global is a crash course in Corporate America. It gives you the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility really quickly. I am networking with some of the senior-most exectutives in the Philadelphia area, and learning a ton. This job is all about getting back what you put in, so if you are will to work hard, you will see fast rewards.

      Cons

      This is not the job for everyone. If you are not comfortable in a high pressure environment, or feel uncomfortable speaking with people in authority, it can be a rough place to work. Most people do realize quickly if it is right for them.

      Pros

      I am very lucky to have found such a great place to work after college. I've been able to grow not only professionaly but personally through my experiences with Insight Global and feel that I'm a better person because of the experiences I have had. I cannot say enough about how great the leadership in the company is and how valued they make every single employee feel. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else and am very proud of the work we do.

      Cons

      Working at Insight Global can often be very challenging and there are the occassional long hours but anything worth doing takes a lot of effort and commitment.

      Pros

      Working for Insight Global has many pros. You are constantly rewarded and praised for a job well done. When you fall short or mess up, as we all do, your coworkers are the first to not only pick you back up but, they are there to help you improve and ensure you won't make the mistake again. There is so much potential within Insight Global. I feel lucky to work here.

      Cons

      With everything in life, there are "cons." No company is perfect. If you are not ready to come in the door and hit the ground running, you won't make it at Insight Global. With the pros, comes an understanding that you will need to work hard. The hours can be long and you don't get many days off. But work hard and you will be rewarded.
