      2011-#5 Fastest growing staffing firm, #9 largest IT staffing firm, #28 largest US staffing firm, #72 largest global staffing firm. The training is 2nd to none! The management is here to help you become successful early on in your career and takes a front seat with helping you achieve your goals. Internal promotions are based off of your personal merit and drive. (I have been with the company for 4 years and have been promoted 3 times!) The people. I couldn’t be more proud to share my days, months, and years with the group of people I work with on a daily basis. I laugh all day long and genuinely enjoy coming into work each day!

      Cons

      We work very hard and sometimes long hours. However, what in life is easy? At IGI you will get out of it exactly what you put into it.

      Pros

      The recruitment team I interfaced with was easily one of the most motivated to present a comprehensive opportunity at the firm I'm currently contracted with. My recruiter worked quickly to ensure phone screens, face to face interviews and final acceptance of the position were completed in 8 business days - the fastest turnaround I've ever seen in my professional career. I have recommended other folks seeking placement to Insight Global, and will continue to do so after I've been converted to a full time employee of the firm I'm contracted with.

      Cons

      Admittedly, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up once I was onsight at my firm. However, I understand this as part of the fallout from the demands placed on the recruiters to keep people moving into the Insight Global family.
