      Pros

      Great way to get an "in" at a highly desirable company; above market salary rates; flexibility; great support once placed.

      Cons

      I had no negative experiences while employed by Insight Global. I felt completely supported the entire time! Anytime I had an issue (and nothing that could be called a problem) one phone call resolved the matter.

      My experience has been of absolutely no support once you are placed, recuiters/payroll are not on your side

      Pros

      Great way to get a foot into the door at a great company if they are willing to 'try you out' before hiring you.... If the were as responsive as they promised in the intiial placement interviews -- all would be well. If you can find a good position with future growth in a stable company, take it but watch them like a hawk!

      Cons

      In my experience, once you are placed you are considered an inconveneince. My experience has been that they are willing to blame each other -- its payrolls fault, no its your recruiters fault... They are unable to make ammends and the burden is on you to wait out their mistakes. I have found that even calling their coporate office in Atlanta wont help the resolution of your problems. I have experience 50% of my paydays to consist of issues (Inacuracies, missed payments, subtractions from overpayments, etc.)

At the same time, Insight Global provides all of the support and professional development to ensure that you do truly succeed in your career- this is not your typical insurance sales job. You are representing a reputable company and you constantly receive feedback from upper management. One of the company’s best qualities is the fact that you are constantly surrounded by like-minded people; people that want to be just as successful as you and are motivated enough to do whatever it takes to accomplish their goals. On a daily basis you are challenged with situations that require quick, strategic thinking and immediate action. Insight Global is a place for those who want to be in control of their career and make a difference in the lives of many.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and hard, but when you think of the fact that the work you put in directly affects your success, it’s worth it.
