      Easy to work with, didn't make things complex

      Pros

      As a contractor it was nice to have a team that you could reach out to when you needed something, but that was mostly invisible when you didn't need anything. Staff is supportive and generally kind.

      Cons

      The IT support is hit or miss. Definitely a staffing group rather than consultants (they call you a consultant though)

      Pros

      I have been at IGI for almost 3 months and couldn't be more satisfied with my career path. The management provides hands on support through positive reinforcement. I am reminded daily of how hard work will be rewarded with promotions. Love my decision of working for Insight Global and being around people that are so passionate about life.

      Pros

      They were very helpful finding a great entry level job. The whole process was very quick. I interviewed in the morning and had a job that afternoon! They are in constant contact with the company I work for, which is great because I can speak with them face to face if I have any problems.
