      Micro-managing, cult like vibes, run far away from this place. Pay is HORRENDOUS. Not sure why I accepted it in the first place

      Always paid on time, no micromanaging. Benefits, minus PTO.

      Cons

      There wasn't a lot of communication, and no paid time off, which I suppose isn't common for contractors.
