      I've had a couple of really bad jobs, but this was the worst by far.

      Pros

      Salary and that's it. There's nothing I can say about Insight that would be considered a "Pro" in any way shape or form.

      Cons

      Everything else. From withholding work product from customers, to outright incompetence at almost every level (field engineer to management), project coordination and project management are the worst of any "professional" services organization I've ever seen.

      Sr leadership is lacking and doesn't have ability to make changes in a timely manner Compensation is lacking and seems to reward newer employees and not increase existing employees Defining sales roles and responsibilities Lack of vendor incentives that management forgoes
