Pros

Comparable pay for industry and benefits are ok.

Cons

The company cannot get the right people to lead critical teams leading to a toxic and divisive environment. Bad politics, unstable and stressful workplace. Run!

Pros

High base salary, autonomy IF you have a good manager

Cons

Current drug has a very limited indication, stock has steadily declined since the drugs approval, limited pipeline. Upper level management and the CEO make claims with no proof (I.e. Chance of first line indication, being added to guidelines) Very few teams are making goal but management keeps raising the goals, the sales team seems deflated and management doesn't seem to care

Pros

The CEO still seems like a somewhat good guy to me. There is potential benefit for patients.

Cons

Middle management plays some really strange games I didnt understand until my family listened in on the politics and asked that I read POWER- e.g., include promoting employees that are somewhat nasty to colleagues, or even admitting in front of HR that they like tension/causing friction between employees - the book has the same co-authorship as Art of Seduction... It is rather creepy.
