Pros

Dynamic CEO, while I was there was always willing to take the time to chat with anybody.

Cons

Significant amount of growing pains coupled with internal politics associated with that growth made this a difficult place to work at times. Every new hire wants to redo and reinvent practices and policies that were already in place, so at times there was a greater focus on process than on actually moving things forward.

Weak in help employees and dysfunctional senior management

Pipeline, people, flexible time-off, good benefits

Cons

Non-competitive salary. Clinical Sr. Leadership is not to be trusted. It's never good enough for them no matter how well the teams are performing. Leaders who demotivate or destroy intrinsic value but stays (or even get promoted) because they continue to hit numbers. Lacks diversity and inclusion. Poor HR management.
