Pros

There are many great benefits that make Insmed such a great place to work, including a first rate cafeteria, exercise facility with classes supporting a good work-life balance, programs and activities to contribute to the local community, opportunities to hear from patients and of course the excellent salary and benefits. The culture allows lots of autonomy but is engaging and people are motivated to work collaboratively to accelerate development of new treatments for patients. The CEO is authentic and shares his vision with the employees at frequent townhall meetings. Employees have many opportunities to ask questions about the company and what is shaping the industry.

Cons

There is higher turnover in a few departments but this creates opportunities for new hires who are a better fit in this dynamic culture and are ready to contribute.
