- Will is a motivating CEO - No company I’ve been at puts patients first in real, tangible ways like Insmed - Great benefits - Great colleagues

Cons

- Understaffed. It’s a grind and people are burning out but afraid to say anything - Severely outdated processes create a drag on hiring and efficiency

Pros

Great culture focused on people first and patients first. Tremendous senior leadership who strategically guide the company to success, communicate and share information openly, and care about their teams and people's well-being, growth, and development. A team that supports one another like no other - I feel lucky to have landed here! Truly a hidden gem.

Cons

Not much I can find wrong with the company. As we continue to grow it will be crucial to ensure that the great company culture and awesome collaboration and innovation are maintained and team members can continue to thrive.
