      Pros

      Good local teams. Solid health benefits, 401k, PTO and decent salaries offered.

      Cons

      Hard to get mind-share from headquarters. Top management seems to less engaged than in past.

      Professional atmosphere, great offices, friendly people

      Cons

      Out of a group of 35 experienced salespeople hired only 2 were able to close any deals by the end of the first year. Method of protecting accounts and prospects strongly favors senior salespeople and leaves few opportunities for newcomers.

      Pros

      Great culture and employee benefits. Everyone is treated with respect and management and leadership responsibilities are taken seriously. The really value their customers and do their best to provide employee with the resources to succeed. Work life balance was important to leadership.

      Cons

      No one ever leaves so advancement opportunities are few and far between in the remote offices. (Corporate and service centers are a bit different, however you must be willing to move to Houston, Atlanta, Dallas or LA.). Annual increases can be a bit higher for high performers.
