      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Autonomy to be authentic in the way that I run my business, both short-term and long-term, with plenty of support at the local, regional and corporate level. Extremely high confidence level of the service being delivered. Referrals make up the vast majority of new business and service does a great job at retaining clients. Relationship selling. Unlimited earning potential. Great benefits. Non-stop education & learning. Challenging, yet rewarding... and it feels good to do what we do every day.

      Cons

      Extremely complex business that with a steep learning curve... takes someone with dedication to be successful. Unfortunately, most don't have 'it' but to those that do, plenty of reward at the top of the mountain. Not a great fit for someone with a transactional mindset or who is used to a constant source of inbound leads.

      Pros

      I've been a business owner and self-employed before, so I usually don't like working for other people, and I'm very weary of committing whole-heartedly to a corporation because they usually disappoint. If I could choose a person I would ever work for it would be Robert. He truly understands how to properly manage sales, and to encourage while motivating. From corporate down through the RM and DM, it has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend this company and this management.

      Cons

      Nothing really. The spend card could be increased to help offset some business expenses some months.

      Pros

      Autonomy to develop your business around your own indivual skills. Strategic sales organization that's adopted better approaches towards business development. Leadership is extremely competent across the board. Also, very supportive and invested in each employee's individual goals. Large company resources with small family-like district offices. Creates a great emotional connection and healthy competition across districts.

      Cons

      Dynamic work schedule that is always unpredictable. It's tough to turn off the job once you've got some momentum.
