Pros
Insperity is one of those rare companies that cares for BOTH its clients and employees. The culture is one where the employees enjoy their work, love their coworkers, and feel like they are part of something bigger than just a paycheck. I am in my 4th year with Insperity, and it is by far the best organization that I have ever been involved with.
Cons
What we do is very complex with a lot of moving targets. It is not something that can be done unless the employee is willing to work hard and invest in learning the product.
