      Pros

      Good PTO, Excellent benefits, friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Insperity has changed over the years and not for the best. They started hiring alot of outside people for management positions who are not people friendly and treat you like you haven't been here for over 5 years already. Micromanagement is the new ongoing theme.There is lack of concern for employees and the morale is at a all time low.

      We are given time to ramp up our business.

      Cons

      It is a long and sometimes difficult sales cycle. Sales Manager wasn't involved in helping to bring on new business (prospecting, speaking at events)...they just managed the sales people through one-on-ones and old school sales techniques.

      Good company with poor sales model

      Pros

      Good salary and expense allowance and great benefits with a chance to earn residual income based on selling. Nice offices and good corporate culture

      Cons

      Poor training - stuck in outdated methodology from the 80's and 90's Company has very slow growth and only small percentage of sales reps that have been there a long time make significant sales through referrals New people are expected to pound the phones in a "professional" senior sales job
