Pros

Just like any company there are some good folks here.

Cons

I know I won't be able to list all the cons of working here, but the biggest thing to mention is the stacked ranking system. Yes this outdated team-destroying process is how things work here. I've seen the most absolutely talented ICs lose their jobs while useless middle managing gatekeepers continue to destroy the company to this day. The marketing and customer retention teams are being led by folks who are treading water and mostly care about their own feelings, ego, and keeping their jobs. I know this is harsh, but some people in leadership are too dumb to understand the process changes necessary if this company wants to scale up.

Pros

Freedom of schedule, work as much or as little as you want. Occasional cash tip and company offered promos.

Cons

Rating system from disgruntled customers, or those who want to steal groceries by giving negative ratings, can really mess with your personal rating and thus affects your ability to earn good "batches" which result in the best possible pay.
