Pros

Fast paced work environment, but don’t feel obligated to always work > 40 hours/week. Very competitive pay, leverages great AI tools like Cursor to promote developer productivity.

Cons

Not too much I can think of, although I’ve only been here for a couple of months

Pros

This role had a lot of autonomy and learning opportunities. Everyone had a voice in the company, at least to share an idea.

Cons

Job responsibilities piled up, often far beyond the job described upon initial hire. I found it exciting, but wish I'd asked for clarity and communicated realistic timelines more thoroughly.
