Pros

Great culture and community on this team. And the benefits are excellent (unlimited paid PTO as long as you get all your work done, good health/dental/vision, 6 months mat leave for moms (~4 for dads I think), lots of other bennies too), stock options

Cons

Gotta be careful of blackout trading windows to ensure compliance with insider trading laws now that we're public

Pros

You can work when you want

Cons

You compete with others willing to take a double (two orders )30 items min for about $10 Also, they can change their tips. Lots of duping. Two flat carts full of items from Costco with $10 from insta cart $40 from tip. Only to shop, purchase load and unload two flat carts one entire suv full of items and then they take the tip. Also, got a customer drunk and out of her mind. Discovered this after taking order and purchasing items. Called Instcart immediately to alert them this was not a safe situation. Was told if I didn’t deliver whatever customer said about me would count against me. I had a 5 star rating. You get more orders with your ratings. So either I put myself knowingly in danger or I risked losing a star/ losing income. This company is a joke. Run!

Needs A Lot of Work

Pros

Employees passionate enough to do the work. Lunch perks in the office.

Cons

Some of the leadership team are too young with big egos. Playing dress up, flexing muscle, with little experience on how to make a company like this successful. Valuation drops are a clear indicator. Employees are waiting for IPO to bail. If the IPO ever happens. Culture needs a lot of work.
