Pros

- Big userbase, lots of experiments constantly running - Friendly teammates - Small amount of red-tape to go through to introduce changes - Generous vacation policies and company holidays - Remote-first for engineering

Cons

- Poorly managed and even worse cross-team collaboration - Comp isn't very competitive - Generally low sentiment across the company - Promotions are more politically driven than merit based - On-call is stressful and there is no extra compensation or benefits for it
