Recruiting agency with some halfway decent tech when it works.

Cons

Constant turnover. Unrealistic goals. Goals are moving targets. Seen a lot of good people get done wrong by this company. Company will find every way to pay you less and make you work more. Outdated Sales techniques and coaching. Surface level and corny leadership. No depth. Middle management is on a different planet..

This gig work platform has many different kinds of jobs. Offers work-life balance and keeps your skills sharp while you look for more stable work.

Cons

All AI runs the app, and there is no human in the event of an emergency. Your account can be deactivated without notice or provocation by AI. I was sent to a dangerous location (the Whipple Federal Building), suspended, and retaliated against for speaking up about it. Shifts that have been approved and worked for years can be removed by AI. My area of Minneapolis has become oversaturated with new Instaworkers. Instawork does this so they don't have to pay benefits or sick leave.
