      Pros

      The organization's mission is the principal reason I work there. Now more than ever we need the ideas of free, open, and liberally democratic societies to thrive, and I love being part of the solution to today's most pressing challenges. The second reason is the IHS team. I've never worked with a more principled group of colleagues, committed to bringing the values of humility, curiosity, and integrity to the job every single day.
