Pros

Autonomy and ownership, a great place for young professionals to start their careers. Strongly satisfying to working supporting a cause that you feel passionately about. Lots of intellectual stimulation opportunities from events, conferences, and book clubs. Lots of opportunities for travel.

Cons

The organization suffers from being fragmented, lacks good leadership, and has a bit of a gossip problem. More focused on operational excellence than innovation, though it's trying to change.
