Pros

Has a work-from-anywhere policy ( as long as your job doesn't require you to be in the office to accomplish your tasks) Very flexible work, everyone is super accessible

Cons

Turnover can be quick in entry-level jobs, so it could be hard to find subject matter experts in certain areas

Pros

The people are amazing. Not just the co-workers, but the faculty partners and donors that you meet. Everyone is super passionate about liberty and eager to advance the mission. Lots of book clubs and lectures. Remote friendly. Travel at least 4 times a year. Work/life balance is really respected. Plenty of time off. Great benefits.

Cons

Salaries are so-so. Internal progression like raises and promotions are slow. Lots of meetings and bureaucracy.
