The Institute for Humane Studies has a dedicated team of staff devoted to classically liberal ideals working together for the same cause. Wonderful culture, great tuition benefits, and great location.

Cons

The salaries are low and mid level management could be strengthened

I was surrounded by incredible managers who helped me to develop in a new career--I was doing education before.

Cons

It is low pay, but has great benefits. In addition to solid health care, you get to take free courses at GMU.
