      The company is a unique not for profit company with emphasis on technical and management assistance to communities. A very friendly culture with opportunity to grow. The management listens to the employees and tries to meet their genuine needs

      fast expanding company with lack of trained employees. the growth of the company has left the current employees uncertain about its mission and objectives. unqualified people are allowed to stay on job too long
