Pros
They present themselves really well and the concept is really unique.
Cons
The Executives are in over their heads. They may be the ones running the company but that doesn't make them good managers. There people skills are horrible and they do more to damage the culture of the company than any disgruntled employee could. I really question their ethics as well. The shenanigans that they do to 'earn' business is well known by the employees that they haven't let go but they need their jobs.
