Pros

Filled with excellent people who are dedicated to doing the best job. Everyone works together towards a common goal, transparency and teamwork are not only encouraged but the norm.

Cons

While I love deriving order from chaos, sometimes I get overloaded with the pure amount chaos. A lot of times the right hand doesn't communicate with the left and mistakes happen. Still, nothing that cant be solved, and there is never animosity over miscommunication.
