Pros

I joined the firm after 10 years with a previous employer. I was apprehensive about my ability to navigate a new benefits package, corporate culture, etc. IBTS has the on-boarding and new employee support effort down to a science. I felt very supported from the hire letter forward. The provide advanced opportunities (i.e. prior to day one) to review and enroll in benefits packages, learn about the company, etc. Their HR team is knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive! Exciting to be part of a growing firm that shares my core values.

Cons

Nothing so far. Growing company which is finding its way in a new competitive environment.

We're so glad that you have enjoyed your first few months at IBTS! Our Human Capital team has been hard at work putting new programs in place and upgrading existing procedures. These improvements include new hire buddy assignments, new hire welcome boxes, and enhanced communication prior to the first work day. Great workplace culture. Senior management continues to expand their investment in their employees, both in terms of benefits and professional development. Organization places strong emphasis on providing excellence in all we do for our clients and internal customers. Strong Wellness program!!

Cons

There is neither a person nor a company that is perfect. Even so, no "cons" to report!

Pros

I found IBTS to be a good place to work. I was allowed to run my project with little or no intervention from the executive management team. When the executive management team did get involved it was always a positive experience. I was paid and treated fairly. I was given the opportunity to learn some new skills and to grow personally. Overall the people at IBTS are good people wanting to make a positive contribution to the world that we live in. Overall I was satisfied working at IBTS. Maybe one day I’ll go back.

Cons

In my 20+ years of working I have yet to work at a perfect company. IBTS is no exception. They have grown a lot in the past few years and I think as a result they are struggling a little finding their way. The management team is working on this. I believe that IBTS will over come the struggle.
