      - Really thoughtful leadership, truly heart-centered and trying their best to support the many employees (and remotely) - The best people to work with - Comprehensive and inclusive benefits

      - Still catching up to their growth but you can see how hard they are working to support everyone in the meantime.

      Pros

      People will fan-girl over your place of employment. Cool clients. Fun events. Beautiful work space.

      Cons

      You will feel like you’re back in high school. You’re either a cool kid in the clique or not welcome. It’s hard to separate your work life from personal because instrument thrives on promoting those that make the agency their personal identity. White men in powers rude behavior will be brushed aside because of their “talent”. You’ll enter hopeful and full of life, and leave defeated and feeling devalued.

      You get paid, and the location is nice.

      Cons

      people in Management and in Executive roles can not manage. There is a lot of performative solidarity and pretending to be woke going on. There is a hazing and bully culture. There is a lack of accountability for bad management and they are allowed to run rampant in the organization often thriving in their dysfunction. I would say skip this place if you can and work somewhere else.
