Pros

- Great work/life balance. - Company as a whole is human-centered. Thoughtful coworkers. - Good clients & leadership makes sure you have a say on the type of project you're on. - Clear job progression framework so you're aware of how you can grow in your career.

Cons

Honestly don't have any cons. In the last few years, many things have changed at Instrument - all for the best. I've seen leadership take current & former employee feedback/criticisms and they've made this place better than its ever been.

Pros

The care this agency has for their employees is so refreshing. Plus, the work-life balance is absolutely the biggest draw.

Cons

The work is very fast-paced. Each week can feel like a mini sprint but fridays are usually chill. Pay is on the lower end.
