Pros

Great work life balance for an agency, good client names. Clear career growth path. Good colleagues.

Cons

Works are boring, design feels very manufactured, without a soul. Not saying they are bad, but just very very average. Clients come to instrument mostly for safe output, though the company branded itself as a hipster agency with cool mock-ups , Most of the works are maintenance based.

Pros

Work life balance is great. True focus on prioritizing your real life.

Cons

Much lower salary based on other agencies. Teams are too isolated from each other.
