Lost what once set it apart

Pros

The people who are executing the work are wonderful and super creative, and the clients are generally great to work with.

Cons

Leadership are super reactive and disconnected from the people executing the work. Teams pitching work are far too optimistic on level of effort and continually reducing costs to win the work, without also adjusting scope, forcing teams to deliver more with less. Burnout is happening at an alarming pace with little to no opportunity to connect, learn, and grow.
