Great Salary Bonus Opportunities for challenging and new assignments

Cons

Inheriting employees who were like stones either a deep history with the company and unwilling to change or close associates with senior leadership. You can not lead a team this way effectively. Long work hours Too many meetings Too much turnover and reinventing the wheel because we had to be first or best in class
