The company’s mission and product are genuinely inspiring. • Smart and talented colleagues at many levels. • Fast-growing environment with opportunities to learn and take on new projects.

Cons

Leadership tends to reward favoritism and “brown-nosing” rather than objective performance. • Managers are quick to shift blame downward instead of taking accountability, which creates an environment of fear rather than trust. • Many leaders are relatively new and more focused on making a name for themselves than building sustainable teams. • The culture feels political visibility and who you align with matter more than results.
