      A potentially great product if it would only work and deliver insulin on a consistent and reliable basis. Good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Poor upper management. No long term strategy. Unacceptable product quality and reliablity. Poor and unreliable data management software. No accountability at the top.

      Pros

      Great product, Good base employees. Company has a great idea and also great potential for the diabetic pump market and industry.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth due to friendship management instead of professional Any management above a team lead seems to not do much and play favorites. Tends to be "high school type drama" in the office a lot. Management included. Fairness is not across the board. Company outsources production on the product to save money, but ends up not keeping up with the proper needed supply and many failures with the product.
