It's who you know not what you know

Decent pay and benefits overall.

Cons

Like many other said already, it's a place of nepotism rampant, especially in the new cyber org. It's who you know not what you know. You could need thick skin and brown nose to survive there. Incompentence got promoted and waste projects everywhere. Worst place if you want professional growth and excellency there.
