Pros

Diverse culture that is inclusive for people from all walks of life. Great structures in place so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Everyone from upline, leadership, other agents and admin is super helpful and invested in your success

Cons

Only con would be if your mindset is incorrect. This is your business and not a 9-5 where you punch in and out. Need to be committed and engaged.

Great company!

Pros

As an independent contractor under the brokerage, I feel like there are so many resources for success from the technology to scripts that explain the value to the clients. Honesty is my #1 value and transparency is a value of the company. I love how we don't have to be pushy to clients like how the mortgage world expected us to be because the value of what we provide is obviously there.
