      a very well managed, cost concious company - very stable - sustainable growth.

      Cons

      work/life balance isn't too bad; but it's not great either - should allow tele-commuting.

      Pros

      Very good stock options plan. A positive work environment. A great location if you want to be near New York City but don't want the hassle of going into the city every day.

      Cons

      The job can be boring but that can't be changed as it is all about insurance data which will never be too exciting.

      Good work/life balance, pay and benefits are fair. Much of the staff has been staying with ISO for a long time.

      different division may have different cultures and different style of management. Jobs are mostly routinary, and can be boring most of the time. A very good start for the actuarial profession.

      promotion is not that often, and opportunities are limited. Jobs largely related to ensure data quality, can be very boring.
