Pros

Smart, dedicated, hardworking colleagues who are excited about their work. Lot of opportunity to learn and grow. I've been able to take on a lot of challenging, important projects that have developed me on-the-job. ISO is also very supportive of continuing education. Good work-life balance. Good pay and benefits. Good location. Good senior management team. I've been consistently impressed by the success of our growth strategy.

Cons

There are a lot of cultures within the company. They vary by department, by subsidiary, even by manager sometimes. Some areas are slower to change than others, but the trajectory is generally innovative and forward thinking.

Easy work, nothing new here. People are nice, really nice supportive atmosphere Everything you need is provided Trusting atmosphere Clean work enviroment.

Cons

Boring, really boring. Uninteresting coworkers with no desire to get better at job learn new things. Company is inefficient really inefficient.
