      Nice if not distant management, great work/life balance, relaxed place to work

      Cons

      Management is somewhat incompetent and can only be described as human bottlenecks. The culture is generally comprised of foisting vague ideas of projects down to employees while taking the credit for all the execution. Tbh it doesn’t really seem like anyone knows what they’re doing.

      They coach you to get the sale no matter what. Never take no. Even if the client can’t afford it.
