Pros

Tons of support from even though I was not in the head office in ON. Its a real change of pace to get insurance leads which helps you if you haven't built a big enough client base.

Cons

This might have changed since my time there but there was no geographical system for distributing leads and I found myself driving very far distances.

Pros

Catered or cooked food on holidays Warm leads (you're not cold calling) Hourly plus commission CEOs are nice, involved

Cons

- Commission schedule changes rapidly, and sometimes it's difficult for anyone but top producers to get commission, and it seems intentional. -Cliquish nature on the floor that's hostile - it tends to be the Top Producers who make it the worst environment for anyone else, but it conveniently is never able to be proven. -One day off per week.
