Pros

Food provided, some employees seem to genuinely care about you

Cons

There is a very cliquish nature here and those who navigate it are rewarded. I see the people in Canada Home Office mentioned getting medical/dental and other benefits but the Florida-based call center gets none of that. Very inconvenient because no one can afford to stay home sick! No work - no pay. It seemed odd that positions disappeared and were not refilled, also. That had me worried about their future. Very high turnover on the call center side.

Pros

Really amazing company culture, with extremely approachable management and clear goals on projects and assignments. Excellent territory for exploring new skills, a lot of freedom to assign direction to your goals, and great encouragement from management and co-workers to pursue ideas. You really do feel like you're appreciated on all levels when you go into work.

Cons

At times, priorities can become a bit muddled with multiple departments communicating. Work load varies from week to week, so the pace of work isn't always even.

Pros

Always new exciting projects to work on, great company events such as BBQs, feedback is always given to insure you are headed down the correct path.

Cons

Not much to say here as I have really enjoyed my time at the company. The only thing is that if you live downtown it is a bit of a commute.
